TRANSFER TIME FROM GRENOBLE AIRPORT TO LES MENUIRES
The transfer time from Grenoble airport to Les Menuires is about 2 hours 50 minutes. This is the average journey time on a Saturday in winter, but it obviously depends on the date, time of day, weather and traffic conditions. We allow more time for the journey when we know traffic may be bad. The distance is 185 km. Our local, experienced drivers usually take the A43 (E70) motorway to Albertville, then the N90 national road to Moutiers before climbing the D117 up to Les Menuires. We have up to 5 buses each Saturday.
Your e-ticket will display a map and pick up time. Our vehicles will have signs in the window, but just ask the driver if you’re unsure.
Les Menuires is a large, sprawling resort in the mountains. In order for your journey to go as smoothly as possible, we recommend you research the distance from our stop to your accommodation as it could involve a long walk. The shuttle buses do not operate 24 hrs a day and local taxis may not agree to do a short, in-resort journey.

Our Transfers from Grenoble Airport to Les Menuires operate on the following days:
SATURDAYS: From the 12th December 2026 until the 3rd April 2027
SUNDAYS: 27th Dec, 3rd Jan, 28th Feb and 7th, 14th & 21st March to Moutiers (the town on the valley floor)
Please Note The Following Exceptions: On the 12th December we only have services from Grenoble Airport. On the 3rd April we run a limited service from Grenoble Airport.
LES MENUIRES TRANSPORT, WEATHER AND RESORT INFORMATION
The best way to travel from Grenoble Airport to Les Menuires is on a direct shared transfer. How Long Does It Take To Get From Grenoble Airport To Les Menuires?
The transfer from Grenoble Airport to Les Menuires usually takes about 2 hours 50 minutes, depending on the traffic and weather. The journey can take longer during busy periods, particularly at Christmas, New Year and during French February school holidays. Between around 9am - 2pm the roads can get congested in the Moutiers area, where the roads bottleneck.
Ben's Bus stops at the main bus station in Les Menuires, which the French call the 'Gare Routiere'. From here you can easily get to your accommodation using the free and frequent shuttle buses that the resort provides. They circulate the resort regularly, although some may not run 24 hours a day.
