You can log in and change the following elements of your booking for free. The Lead Passenger email and Booking Reference Number can be located on your e-Ticket.
- Names of Passengers / Email Addresses / Mobile Phone Numbers
- Which bus stop you’d like (for Alpe d’Huez, Les 2 Alpes & Chamrousse only). Please note that we are unable to offer any advice on which stop is best for you, as you will need to decide this yourself. Click on your resort and expand the section BUS STOPS for a map of the resort.

If you need to change any of the elements listed below, please forward us your Ben’s Bus e-Ticket with as much information as possible about the changes you wish to make and we will get back to you. Please note there is a £10pp admin fee for this service.
