You can log into your booking using the forms below and:
- Change your Personal Details (such as names, mobile numbers, email addresses) and your chosen bus stop in resort for free, up to 1pm the day before your first transfer.
- Change your Travel Plans up to 1pm, 4 days before your first transfer at a cost of £5pp in admin fees, plus any difference in fares. Ben’s Bus Plus customers do not pay admin fees.
- If your transfer is less than 4 days away, you need to contact us with your requested changes. Any changes made by our team will be charged at £10pp plus any fare difference in fares.
Please Note That You Cannot:
- Add people to your booking. Please make a new booking for any additional passengers.
- Change a Single to a Return. You will need to make a second Single booking.
- DELETE people from your booking or CANCEL your booking. Please click here for information on how to do that.
