WHAT YOU CAN DO WHEN YOU LOG IN
- Change Personal Details and your chosen bus stop in resort for free, up to 1pm the day before your first transfer.
- Change Travel Plans up to 1pm, 5 days before your first transfer at a cost of £5pp in admin fees, plus any difference in fares.
Ben’s Bus Plus customers do not pay admin fees for changes made up to 1pm, 5 days before your first transfer. If your transfer is less than 5 days away, you need to contact us with your requested changes. Any changes made by our team will be charged at £10pp plus any difference in fares.
WHAT YOU CANNOT DO WHEN YOU LOG IN
- Add people to your booking. Please make a completely new, fresh booking for the additional passenger(s).
- Change a Single to a Return. You will need to make a second Single booking for the other part of your journey.
- DELETE people from your booking or CANCEL your booking. Please click here for information on how to do that.
- Split your booking between 2 airports. Please Contact Us about that.
