You can log in and edit your booking up to 1pm, 2 days before your first transfer. After that point, you will need to contact us.
Changes to Personal Details are free and we don’t charge admin fees when purchasing extra bags beyond your luggage allowance.
Changes to your Travel Plans cost £5pp. Ben’s Bus Plus customers do not pay to make changes up to 1pm, 2 days before their first transfer. Any manual changes made by us will be charged at £10pp.
YOU CANNOT DO THE FOLLOWING WHEN YOU LOG IN:
- ADD People To Your Booking : Please make a completely new booking for the additional passenger(s).
- CHANGE a Single > Return : Please make a second Single booking for the other part of your journey. Otherwise we would need to cancel your booking and refund you (less any admin fees) and you book a Return. It would be cheaper to just book another Single.
- CHANGE a Return > Single : Visit our Cancellation page and scroll further down to see details on how to do that.
- DELETE People From Your Booking or Cancel Your Booking : Please click here for information on how to do that.
- CHANGE 1 Person’s Travel Details From a Group Booking : You need to ask us to delete that person and we will refund you, less any applicable admin fees. Then you will need to book them back on via our website as a fresh, new booking.
