The Ben’s Bus Team will greet you at their desk in the Arrivals Lounge of Terminal 1 (the Main Terminal) at Geneva Airport.
As you come out of Arrivals, look to your left and you will see a BREZELKONIG pretzel bakery. Our desk is just past that. It is generally manned on Saturdays between 08:30 – 21:30 and on Sundays between 10:00 – 17:00
If you arrive into TERMINAL 2, please exit the building, turn left and follow the signs.
If you arrive by TRAIN, please stay on the ground floor and head into the airport arrivals area.
To travel between the FRENCH and SWISS sides of Geneva Airport, please follow the signs inside the airport. It is a very short walk.

The Ben’s Bus Reps will be in the Arrivals hall as you come out of Baggage Reclaim at Grenoble Airport. Information about how to find our reps at Grenoble Airport will be on your e-ticket.
SATURDAYS: As soon as you come out Arrivals you will see a team of Ben’s Bus reps. They will guide you to your coach and answer any questions you may have.
SUNDAYS: Our manager will be in Arrivals to assist you. If you cannot find him, please return to the Arrivals hall 30 minutes before your bus departure time.
WEEKDAYS: Your bus will have a sign in the window and will be parked directly outside Arrivals at least 30 mins prior to your departure time. Please check in with the driver.
The Ben’s Bus Reps will greet you at the Lyon Airport bus station, which is just a few minutes walk on flat ground after you come out of the main Terminal building. Information about how to find our reps at Lyon Airport will be on your e-ticket.
Our coaches depart from Bus Bays 11 and 12 of the “Gare Routiere” on the Ground Floor of Terminal 1. You can see it in Google Maps here. On Saturdays our reps will be wearing blue Bens Bus uniforms and will be on hand to assist you.
