We believe your journey should be as easy and as safe as possible and we do everything we can to achieve this. Ben’s Bus reps will greet you on Saturdays and Sundays and give you all the information you may need to help your journey go as smoothly as possible. If you are flying into Chambery, Lyon or Geneva Airports you may wish to consider changing your flight so you arrive into Grenoble Airport as the transport options from those airports are much more expensive and time consuming than using Ben’s Bus. Click here to see a list of airlines that fly into Grenoble Airport. If you cannot change your flight, we would recommend a local private transfer company called Actibus or visit the Alpe d’Huez Tourist Office website or click on your airport above to see what advice they can offer.

We have arranged a bag storage facility with Smithy’s Tavern. More details can be found on our Baggage Store page
