You can log into your booking and change the following elements of your booking free of charge. The Lead Passenger email and Booking Reference Number can be located on your e-Ticket.
- Names of Passengers / Email Addresses / Mobile Phone Numbers
- Which bus stop you’d like to get on & off at (for Alpe d’Huez, Les 2 Alpes & Chamrousse only)

If you need to change any of the elements listed below, please forward us your Ben’s Bus e-Ticket with as much information as possible about the changes you wish to make and we will get back to you. Please note there is a £10 admin fee for this service.
