TRANSFER TIME FROM LYON AIRPORT TO LES DEUX ALPES
The transfer time from Lyon Airport to Les Deux Alpes is about 2 hours 30 minutes, covering a distance of 157 km. This obviously depends on the weather and traffic conditions. We allow more time for the journey when we know the traffic may be bad, such as during the school holidays.
Our experienced drivers, who are local to the area, usually take the A43 motorway, then the A48 to Grenoble, then the N85 to Vizille, then the D1091 and D213 to Les 2 Alpes.

We have 3 bus stops in Les Deux Alpes, strategically placed close to the main accommodation centres. You can select when you book or by logging into your booking. Unfortunately we cannot offer any advice on which stop is best for you.
The free Les Deux Alpes shuttle buses stop at the Ben’s Bus stops and you can use this service to get to your accommodation. Check the timetable though as they do not operate really early in the morning! The map below will be on the e-ticket. LES DEUX ALPES TRANSPORT, WEATHER AND RESORT INFORMATION
The best way to get from Lyon Airport to Les Deux Alpes is on a direct shared transfer, as they are the most environmentally friendly and the cheapest option. The alternatives are private transfers, hire cars and public transport.
Private transfers are convenient, fast and door-to-door but are very expensive.
Hire cars give greater flexibility, but there are often a lot of hidden charges, including adding snow tyres, fuel, motorway tolls and parking in resort.
Public transport will involve changing buses, and will often end up costing the same as a shared transfer but will take much longer.
