Grenoble Airport to Aime Transfers
Ben’s Bus operates a Grenoble Airport to Aime ski transfer service on Saturdays and Sundays during the 2021 / 2022 ski season. We have up to 5 buses going back and forth each Saturday and an early morning service on Sunday. At all other times you can catch the airport shuttle bus to Grenoble centre and then catch onward transport to Aime. We pride ourselves on offering the cheapest transfers on the market whilst still offering a fantastic level of service. Our ski buses are regular and timely and we have many staff to help your transfer from the airport or from the resort go as smoothly as possible.
Aime is a village on the valley floor and the transport hub for all the La Plagne resorts as well as Landry, Pesiey & Les Coches. Read the section “Onward Transport from Aime“ below for more details. We have been operating our ski transfers from Grenoble Airport to Aime since 2010 and are the Number 1 transport provider on this route.
TRANSFERS FROM GRENOBLE AIRPORT TO AIME WITH BEN’S BUS
A return ski transfer from Grenoble to Aime with Ben’s Bus will cost just £87pp Return, £48.50pp for a Single. With our group discounts, you could be paying as little as £72.50pp Return. We also offer a 10% discount for children under 12. We cannot find a cheaper way of getting from Grenoble Airport to Aime. DATES
Our Transfers from Grenoble Airport to Aime operate on the following days:
SATURDAYS: From the 11th December 2021 until the 9th April 2022.
SUNDAYS: From the 19th December 2021 until the 3rd April 2022.
OTHER DAYS: There is a shuttle bus from Grenoble Airport to Grenoble city centre. From Grenoble you would need to take a train (with SNCF) or bus to Aime. Alternatively, you could book a direct private taxi.
Please Note The Following Exceptions:
– There is no service on Saturday 25th December, Christmas Day
– On the 11th & 19th December we only have services from Grenoble airport.
– On the 3rd & 9th April we only have services to Grenoble airport.
BUS TIMES
Our bus timetable works around the flight arrivals and departures so you never have to wait long. The easiest way to find the bus time that connects with your flight is to put your details into our booking form. Once you have selected your dates, the next page will show you a list of all flights and our ski transfer bus times.
Our last bus on Saturday departs Grenoble Airport at 16:40, and our last bus on Sunday departs at 10:40. If you arrive too late for our service, we would recommend taking a private transfer to Aime.
JOURNEY TIME
The distance between Grenoble Airport and Aime is about 171 kilometres and the transfer time for this journey is between 2 hours 30 minutes & 3 hours. Please note that the above times are approximations. We allow extra time on certain dates & certain times of the day when we know the traffic may be bad. With years of experience driving this route, we know exactly how long to allow for the journey depending on the time and date of the transfer. Once you put your details into our online booking system, we will show you a list of the available buses.
BUS STOP LOCATION
We will drop you at the main “Aime Gare Routiere“. This is the bus and train station of Aime and you can see it in googlemaps. It’s quite small and it does get busy on Saturdays. Our services may not be listed on the TV screens, so look out for a bus with “Ben’s Bus – Grenoble Airport” in the window or ask a driver for help.
From Aime you can make your own way to many of the nearby ski resorts either by public transport or private taxi. Read the “Onward Transport from Aime” section on this page for more information on this.
WHAT IF OUR FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
We allow a minimum of 45 minutes for customers to clear Passport Control and Baggage Reclaim. At busy times of the day we allow even more time.
If you are delayed, we will wait for you but we may not be able to hold our bus for longer than 15 minutes after its scheduled departure time. After that we will do everything we can to get you on our next available ski transfer bus at no extra cost.
Our team at the airport monitor flight arrivals so you don’t need to contact us if you are delayed. Our team will be busy juggling buses around to try to accommodate you on another service – or we may be holding the bus back. We have many buses going back and forth each day and our record for getting people to resort is extremely good.

Please note that very infrequently, our transfers from Grenoble Airport may require a stop at Moutiers, where you may need to change over to another feeder coach. Our reps and / or drivers will help you with this and we will try and keep this inconvenience to a minimum.
