TRANSFER TIME FROM GENEVA AIRPORT TO LES MENUIRES
The transfer time from Geneva Airport to Les Menuires is about 2 hours 40 minutes, covering a distance of 146 km. This is the average transfer time on a normal Saturday during the ski season, but it obviously depends on the date, the time of day, weather and traffic. With our vast experience running ski transfers, we know when to allow more time for the journey.
Our drivers are local to the area and experts in driving in snowy conditions. They usually take the most direct route via the A41 motorway, the D1508 through Ugine and the N90 to Moutiers. Then it’s a climb up the D117 mountain road to Les Menuires.
Your e-ticket will display a map and pick up time. Our vehicles will have signs in the window, but just ask the driver if you’re unsure.
Les Menuires is a large, sprawling resort in the mountains. In order for your journey to go as smoothly as possible, we recommend you research the distance from our stop to your accommodation as it could involve a long walk. The shuttle buses do not operate 24 hrs a day and local taxis may not agree to do a short, in-resort journey.

WEEKDAYS: There are no services to Les Menuires on weekdays from any airport.

How Long Does It Take To Get From Geneva Airport To Les Menuires?
The transfer from Geneva Airport to Les Menuires usually takes about 2 hours 40 minutes, depending on the traffic and weather. The journey can take longer during busy periods, particularly at Christmas, New Year and during French February school holidays. Between around 9am - 2pm the roads can get congested in the Moutiers area, where the roads bottleneck.
The distance from Geneva Airport to Les Menuires is 146 km. This depends on the route you take. The experienced, local Ben's Bus drivers usually take the shortest (and quickest) route via the D1508 through Annecy. This avoids the congestion that can build around the Chambery péages (tolls) on the A41 motorway.
Ben's Bus stops at the main bus station in Les Menuires, which the French call the 'Gare Routiere'. From here you can easily get to your accommodation using the free and frequent shuttle buses that the resort provides. They circulate the resort regularly, although some may not run 24 hours a day.
