Ben’s Bus has added 2 new bus stops in Flaine. Our services from Geneva Airport to Flaine can now drop and pick you up from the Lower and Upper parts of Le Hameau.
Le Hameau de Flaine, as it is known locally, is a quiet village on the edge of the ski area. It is about 2 km from the main town of Flaine. It is known for its Scandinavian-style wooden chalets, peaceful setting, and panoramic views.
Depending on snow conditions you can get onto the slopes directly via the nearby pistes, or take one a free shuttle bus.
The Hameau area includes accommodations such as Belambra, Les Portes du Grand Massif, Les Terrasses d’Helios and Residence les chalet de Flaine Hameau. There are also lots of private chalets which can be rented.
We’ve listened to feedback from our customers, some of whom were having to take the free shuttle bus up to our stops in the centre of Flaine. Sometimes their transfer was too early in the morning, which created a problem for them. We are grateful for our customers’ feedback on this.
Our cheap shared ski transfers from Geneva Airport will continue to make stops at Flaine Forum, La Foret and Terrasses d’Eos.
