THOMAS COOK CEASES TRADING

Thomas Cook Ceases TradingFollowing the very sad news that Thomas Cook, the 170 year old travel company, has ceased trading, Ben’s Bus would like to pass all the Thomas Cook staff, their families and their customers all the best. This must be a very distressing time for all involved and we hope those people can find some gainful employment elsewhere. Hopefully their customers holiday plans will not be disrupted too much.

If you were booked on a Thomas Cook Airlines flight and you had a Ben’s Bus Ski Transfer booked to your ski resort, please check your emails. We have been in touch with you let you know that we can either change your booking free or charge or offer you a refund.

CHANGING YOUR AIRLINE BUT STILL FLYING INTO THE SAME AIRPORT?

No problem. Just email us your Ben’s Bus Booking Reference Number (located on your eTicket which you can re-send to yourself here) and your new flight details and we’ll make those changes for you for free.

FLYING INTO A DIFFERENT AIRPORT AND STILL WISH TO USE BEN’S BUS?

It is very possible that we will still have a ski transfer from your new airport to your resort. You can see a list of all our routes here. If you are now flying into a new airport, simply email us your Ben’s Bus Booking Reference Number (located on your eTicket which you can re-send to yourself here). We will then need to cancel your booking and ask you to book back on again via our website. Ben’s Bus will waive all cancellation fees (except credit card fees which the banks take) provided we are notified before Monday 30th September.

WISH TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING WITH US?

No problem, we understand. Just email us your Ben’s Bus Booking Reference Number (located on your eTicket which you can re-send to yourself here) and we will cancel your booking with no fuss and refund your card immediately. Ben’s Bus will waive all cancellation fees (except credit card fees which the banks take) provided we are notified before Monday 30th September.
