The ski resorts we cover from Grenoble Airport are: Les 2 alpes, Alpe d’Huez, Val d'Isere Tignes Val Claret, Tignes Le Lac, Tignes Les Boisses & Tignes Les Brevieres. We also make stops at Bourg St Maurice (for Les Arcs & La Rosiere) Moutiers (for the 3 valley resorts) and Aime (for La Plagne) and we can arrange connecting taxis to Vaujany, Oz en Oisans, Villard Reculas, La Grave & Serre Chevalier.

For all ski transfers to other ski resorts, we recommend a local company called Actibus who are local to the area. You can contact them at transport@actibus.fr

If you have booked transfers using the Ben’s Bus website and you have not received an e-ticket from us then please use the function at the top of this page and then check your junk mail folder. If you are still missing an e-Ticket, then please e-mail ben@bensbus.co.uk

PLEASE NOTE that we close our booking office the day before the transfer date. To check availability please book using the online system here. This will give you the total price for groups. Please note there are no hidden charges. 

If your incoming flight to Grenoble Airport is late, our ski transfers will wait for up to 45 minutes after your flights’ scheduled arrival time. If it's more than 45 minutes late and you miss your Ben's Bus transfer and there is space on the next bus, you can get on that one for free. 

We are sorry if you have problems with our payment site. This could be for one of the following reasons:

1. There was a temporary problem with the payment site – please try again in a short while.

2. You may be using foreign letters when you put your name / address into the Payment site. Please replace these with latin letters.

3. You have signed up to Verified by VISA or Secure Mastercard or another password driven security system operated by your bank. Sometimes our payment system is not compatible with the bank's system

Please do try again following the above tips and if it still does not work try with another card or from another computer. If you still encounter problems with multiple cards then please contact ben@bensbus.co.uk  providing the type of card you are using, the name of your bank, the name of the card holder, the exact time and date of the failed transaction and if possible a screenshot of the error you receive. 

The times below are dependent on weather and traffic conditions:

Journey time to Alpe d'Huez and Les 2 Alpes is approximately 1hr 45 minutes to 2 hrs 15 minutes. 

Journey time to Tignes and Val d'Isere is approximately 3hr 45 minutes to 4hrs 15 minutes. 

Journey time to Bourg St Maurice is approximately 3hrs to 3 hrs 30 minutes. 

Journey time to Aime is approximately 2hrs 30 minutes to 3 hrs.

Journey time to Moutiers is approximately 2hrs to 2 hrs 30 minutes.

This is fine, as long as you can see all the information on the e-Ticket as it contains some really useful stuff! Our drivers and / or reps will accept an e-Ticket on a phone
