How much is a ski transfer and what is the availability?

Our prices for adults and children alike are £73pp Return, £43pp Single. For groups of 8 or more, we will automatically give you one seat for free. For a full list of prices for our ski transfers from Geneva Airport, please click here

To check availability please book using the online system. This will give you the total price for groups, please note there are no hidden charges.

What time do your buses go?

You need to put your flight details into our online booking system here and you will see our bus times appear on the next pages

Does Ben’s Bus do weekday ski transfers?

 At the moment Ben’s Bus only runs ski transfers from Geneva Airport on Saturdays and Sundays (see below for our dates of operation). To source an alternative transfer we would recommend visiting the official Tourist Office website for your resort.

What dates do you run ski transfers?

We will run our shared private ski transfers to / from Geneva Airport on Saturdays from the 10th December 2011 until the 14th April 2012 and Sundays from 1st January 2011 to the 8th April 2012. Please note the following exceptions:

Saturday 10th December – Only leaving from Geneva. No transfers to Geneva.

Sunday 5th Feburary – Only leaving from the ski resorts. No transfers to the ski resorts.

Sunday 12th Feburary – No transfers

Sunday 19th February – Only leaving from Geneva. No transfers to Geneva.

Sunday 8th April – Only leaving from the ski resorts. No transfers to the ski resorts.

Saturday 14th April – Only leaving from the ski resorts. No transfers to the ski resorts.

Why is there sometimes a wait at the airport between my flight landing and your bus leaving?

In order to offer these unbeatable prices, we group several flights together onto one bus. This means that some people will have a longer wait than others - although conversely, it normally means that your return bus will be perfectly timed for your return flight home. We allow enough time for you to land, go through passport control and collect any bags/sports equipment before boarding our bus.

Why does the bus appear to get me to the airport so early?

We have had many years of experience on the mountain roads and we know that when there is heavy traffic or bad weather the roads become treacherous. We allow ample time to get you to the airport safely and check in before you fly home. We know which dates will have heavier traffic than usual and we automatically allow more time to get you to the airport. We do this so you do not miss your flight! You may see some companies offering to get you to the airport in a quicker fashion but they are bound to be considerably more expensive than us. If you have any concerns on this then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Which ski resorts do you cover from Geneva Airport?

The ski resorts we cover from Geneva Airport are: Tignes, Val d'Isere, Meribel, Val Thorens, Moutiers, Mottaret, Les Menuires, Brides-les-Bains, Les Allues, Saint Jean de Belleville and Saint Martin de Belleville.

La Rosiere - To get here book a ticket to Bourg St Maurice and then use a public bus or taxi to climb up to La Rosiere.

La Plagne - To get here book a ticket to ‘Aime’. From there you can get to La Plagne via public bus or taxi.

Courchevel – To get here book a ticket to ‘Moutiers’. From there you can get to Courchevel via public bus or taxi

La Tania - We can provide you with a transfer to Meribel Village which is about 4km away from La Tania. From there you can get a taxi. Taxi numbers can be found here: http://www.meribel-unplugged.co.uk/airt.htm

My payment fails at the visa verification stage, what shall I do?

We are sorry if you have problems with our payment site. This could be for one of the following reasons:

1. There was a temporary problem with the payment site – please try again in a short while.

2. You may be using foreign letters when you put your name / address into the Payment site. Please replace these with latin letters.

3. You have signed up to Verified by VISA or Secure Mastercard or another password driven security system operated by your bank. Sometimes our payment system is not compatible with the bank's system

Please do try again following the above tips and if it still does not work try with another card or from another computer. If you still encounter problems with multiple cards then please contact ben@bensbus.co.uk providing the type of card you are using, the name of your bank, the name of the card holder, the exact time and date of the failed transaction and if possible a screenshot of the error you receive. 

I have booked with Ben’s Bus but I haven’t received my e-Ticket

If you have booked transfers using the Ben’s Bus website and you have not received an e-Ticket from us, fill in the form on this page to get it re-sent to you automatically. Please remember to check your junk mail folder!!! If you are still missing your e-ticket then please e-mail stu@nofussbus.co.uk who will look into it for you. No Fuss Bus Ltd is a UK franchisee of Ben's Bud Ltd.

I have my e-Ticket on my phone but not printed - is this OK?

This is fine. Please just ensure that you can see all the information that is on the e-Ticket as it is really useful stuff! The driver and / or rep will accept an e-Ticket that is on your phone.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

This is an excerpt from our legally binding Conditions of Carriage. "In the instance of the incoming flight you selected on our website being delayed our service will wait for that flight only if it is delayed by less than thirty (30) minutes. If your incoming flight is delayed by more than thirty (30) minutes then our service will depart without you and we will not be liable for any refund or to arrange or provide alternative transport for you to the resort, or for any costs which you may incur as a result of missing our service. If you miss your service due to a late incoming flight and there is space on the next service, we will allow you to travel on this service, at the discretion of our representative at the airport." 

Where do I meet the rep at the airport?

A Ben’s Bus representative will be at the arrivals area on the Swiss side of Geneva airport to greet you. The representative will be available 30 minutes before the coach is due to depart.  

How long does the ski transfer take?

All journey times below are an estimate and are dependent on traffic and weather conditions:

Journey time to the 3 valley resorts (Meribel, Mottaret, Val Thorens, Les Menuires etc) is approximately 3 to 3.5 hrs.

Journey time to Tignes & Val d'Isere is approximately 3.5 hrs to 4 hrs.

Journey time to Bourg St Maurice is approximately 2hrs 45 mins to 3 hrs 15 mins.

Journey time to Aime is approximately 2hrs 15 mins to 2hrs 45 mins.

How many stops will there be during my journey?

This depends on how many clients we have booked onto other resorts. Generally the stops do not have a significant impact on the overall journey time.
