If you need an airport transfer to Alpe d'Huez or Les 2 Alpes, Ben's Bus has ski transfer buses that connect with every single flight coming into and out of Grenoble Airport, every single day of the week, starting Monday 13th December 2010 and ending Sunday 17th April 2011 (except Saturday 25th December).

On Saturdays you will be greeted by a Ben’s Bus rep who will show you to your coach. They can also answer any questions you may have about the resort and find which stop is closest to your accommodation. From there, it’s a smooth direct run up to the slopes. Transfer times are between 1hr 45 mins and 2hrs 15 mins depending on weather and traffic.

On weekdays and Sundays the Grenoble Airport staff can assist you in finding your coach.  Please note that to offer these prices, if you travel on a weekday or a Sunday, you will sometimes be asked to change buses onto a feeder bus at Bourg d’Oisans – the village at the bottom of the mountain. Our drivers are trained to call the connecting driver in advance of their arrival at Bourg d’Oisans, so your changeover will be as trouble-free as we can make it.

Drop off/Pick up Points

We know what a pain it is dragging your heavy bags and skis around a ski resort looking for your hotel, which is why our ski transfers have drop off and pick up points strategically placed around the resort, so you'll never have to walk far. Go to Stops in Resorts to see which Ben’s Bus stop is closest to your accommodation.

Free Baggage Store

Most accommodation in French ski resorts will not let you in to your apartment before 4pm, and will most likely ask you to leave before 10am. This is why we offer all our customers coming in on our morning Saturday morning ski transfers and leaving on our evening ski transfers a free, exclusive to Ben’s Bus customers, baggage storage service in Alpe d'Huez and a discounted one in Les 2 alpes.

In Tignes you can use the very reasonably priced (3€ last time we looked) baggage store provided by the local Tourist Office. Visit www.tignes.net for more information.

In Alpe d'Huez, we will drop you off near Smithy's Tavern. You can leave your bags in a dedicated area - watched over by the bar staff – fill up on some breakfast, before changing into your gear and heading out onto the slopes.

In Les 2 alpes we will drop you off at the Les Deux Alpes Voyages' office, right next to the main ski lifts. You will have the opportunity to use their paid-for service, at a Ben’s Bus discounted rate of €3. Your bags will be locked in a dedicated room, so you can get changed, pop into Smokey Joes for some breakfast and then head up the mountain.

We'll wait for you

If your incoming flight to Grenoble Airport is late, our ski transfers will wait for up to 45 minutes after your flights’ scheduled arrival time. If it's more than 45 minutes late and you miss your Ben's Bus transfer and there is space on the next bus, you can get on that one for free. We will always go out of our way to try and get on a bus somehow.
